How it works
Each answer scores points, and the total is shown as a score or percentage with a category. The questions are practical daily-life items chosen by our physiotherapists; they guide treatment but are not a diagnosis. The checklist reflects common return-to-sport criteria: low pain, 90% strength and hop symmetry, full training tolerance and confidence.

Physiotherapy treatment
Functional and sport specific rehabilitation is the core of physiotherapy for sports injury. After an assessment, your physiotherapist sets a plan built around strength, balance, agility and graded sport drills, progressed as your results improve. Hands-on treatment, pain relief and education are added where they help.
Exercises this calculator may recommend
Your result decides which of these appear, and at what dose.

Calculators give estimates for general guidance and do not diagnose any condition. Stop and seek medical help for chest pain, fainting, sudden weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or severe or rapidly worsening pain. Always follow your surgeon's or doctor's instructions over any calculator.
