Exercise guide
Pediatric Exercises
Pediatric exercises support babies and children as they develop head control, rolling, sitting, crawling, standing and walking. For children with conditions like cerebral palsy or Down syndrome, they build strength, flexibility and coordination through play.

How to use these exercises
Children learn through play. Short, frequent sessions built into daily routines work best. Parents are central, and we teach handling and activities during sessions.
When to see a physiotherapist first
If your child is missing milestones, prefers one side, walks on tiptoes persistently, or loses skills, get an assessment.
Medical note
These instructions are general guidance, not a personal prescription. If you have a recent injury or surgery, a diagnosed condition, or symptoms such as numbness, weakness or dizziness, get assessed before starting. Stop and seek advice if pain increases sharply or you feel unwell.
