Women's Health Exercises
Women's health exercises strengthen and coordinate the pelvic floor and core, ease pregnancy discomfort and support recovery after childbirth. They are the first-line treatment for stress incontinence and help prolapse symptoms.

How to use these exercises
Start with breathing and pelvic floor awareness. Build consistency over at least 3 months. After childbirth, progress core exercises gradually and watch for leaking, heaviness or doming.
When to see a physiotherapist first
If you can't feel your pelvic floor working, have pelvic pain, or symptoms aren't improving, a pelvic health assessment helps.
Medical note
These instructions are general guidance, not a personal prescription. If you have a recent injury or surgery, a diagnosed condition, or symptoms such as numbness, weakness or dizziness, get assessed before starting. Stop and seek advice if pain increases sharply or you feel unwell.
