General
Do I need a doctor's referral to book physiotherapy?
No. You can book directly with Physiosolution. If your assessment suggests you need imaging or a specialist opinion, we will tell you and refer you appropriately.
What are your clinic timings?
Mon–Sat 09:00–21:00 · Sun 09:00–12:00. Call +91-9999973681 to confirm a slot outside these hours.
Where exactly is the clinic?
VPL-19, Lower Ground, Shipra Krishna Vista Plaza, Ahinsa Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201001. Near Shanti Gopal Hospital and Jaipuria Mall, Indirapuram. Parking is available in the plaza.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Any X-rays, MRI reports or prescriptions you have, plus comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated.
Treatment
How many sessions will I need?
Most musculoskeletal conditions need six to twelve sessions. Neurological rehabilitation runs longer. You get an estimate after the first assessment.
How long is each session?
Between 40 and 60 minutes, depending on the condition and the electrotherapy needed.
Will the treatment be painful?
Treatment stays within a tolerable range. Some manual therapy and stretching can feel uncomfortable briefly, but we work to your feedback throughout.
Which equipment does the clinic have?
We use Short Wave Diathermy (SWD), Cervical and Lumbar Traction, Interferential Therapy (IFT), Ultrasonic Therapy (US), TENS, Muscle Stimulator, Hot and Cold Packs, Wax Bath.
Home Visit
Which areas do you cover for home visits?
Indirapuram (all khands), Vaishali, Vasundhara, Noida and wider Ghaziabad. Localities include Niti Khand 1, Niti Khand 2, Niti Khand 3, Ahinsa Khand 1, Ahinsa Khand 2, Ashiana Greens and more.
What are the home visit charges?
Home sessions carry a travel component over the clinic rate, with discounted weekly and monthly packages. Call for the current rate card.
Do you bring equipment to the home?
Yes: Portable TENS unit, Portable IFT unit, Ultrasound therapy device, Hot and cold packs and more, depending on your condition.
How quickly can a therapist visit?
Same-day visits are usually possible for bookings made before 4 pm, subject to therapist availability.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI, debit and credit cards. Package payments can be split across the course of treatment.
Do you offer session packages?
Yes. Ten-session and monthly packages are available at a reduced per-session rate for both clinic and home care.
Is a receipt provided for reimbursement?
Yes. We provide a GST-compliant receipt and a treatment summary on request.
Insurance
Is physiotherapy covered by health insurance?
Outpatient physiotherapy is covered by some policies and OPD riders. Post-hospitalisation physiotherapy is often reimbursable. Check with your insurer and we will supply the documentation.
Do you handle cashless claims?
We do not offer cashless billing for outpatient physiotherapy. We provide receipts and clinical notes for reimbursement.
