4. Daily reporting
Vitals, medications and observations are recorded. Concerns are escalated to the doctor or family.
5. Review and continuation
Care is reviewed periodically and adjusted as the patient's condition changes.

- Nurses are deployed only for tasks within their qualification and the doctor's written orders.
- Medication is administered against a prescription only.
