Paralysis and stroke rehabilitation

Paralysis Physiotherapy at Home in Noida

Daily bedside paralysis rehabilitation in Noida for hemiplegia after stroke, paraplegia, quadriplegia and facial palsy. Our therapists focus on tone management, transfers, standing tolerance and family training so care continues between visits.

Home physiotherapy in Noida

Paralysis rehabilitation is decided by repetition. A weekly visit will not change function, so these programs are built as daily or alternate-day schedules with a fixed slot, and the family is trained to run a short routine on non-visit days.

The early priorities are contracture prevention, tone management, bed mobility and safe transfers. Standing tolerance, balance and graded walking follow once those foundations are in place.

Noida home visit FAQs

How many sessions a week does paralysis rehabilitation need?
Five to six in the early months, tapering to two or three as independence improves. Fewer than three a week in the early phase rarely produces meaningful change.
Is recovery possible if the stroke was over a year ago?
Yes. Gains are fastest in the first six months, but strength, balance and walking quality keep improving with consistent training long after that.
Do you train the attendant?
Yes, at every visit. Safe transfers, positioning schedules, pressure care and a short daily exercise routine are taught directly to the person providing care.
Does the therapist bring equipment?
Yes. Every home visit includes portable IFT, TENS, ultrasound and a muscle stimulator as required, along with exercise bands and assessment tools. Traction, SWD and wax bath are clinic-only.
How long is a home session?
Around 45 to 60 minutes. The first visit runs longer because it includes the full assessment and a written treatment plan.
Do I need a doctor's referral or reports?
No referral is needed. If you have X-rays, MRI reports or discharge summaries, keep them handy as they help the therapist plan faster.
