Home Physiotherapy at Apex Park Avenue, Sector 16B, Greater Noida West
Home physiotherapy at Apex Park Avenue, Sector 16B, Greater Noida West: a one-to-one session in your own flat, with portable equipment and a plan that fits the room you have. Sector 16B is packed with townships such as Ajnara Homes, Panchsheel Greens and the Supertech EcoVillage projects.
Physiotherapy that fits a working household
In most homes the real cost of clinic physiotherapy is someone else's time: a son taking a morning off to drive a parent, or a new mother arranging childcare to get to an appointment. A home visit on a fixed slot removes that cost, and the rest of the family's day carries on.
When we can come
Sector 16B is one of the areas on our daily Greater Noida West schedule. Book a morning or evening slot for the week and it stays yours; first visits usually happen within 2 to 4 hours of confirmation. The same applies to Casa Greens 1, Radhey Casa Greens 2 and the other societies listed under all Sector 16B societies.
For new mothers
Back pain from feeding positions, a weak core, leaking when you cough: these are common after pregnancy and very treatable, but many women put up with them because getting to a clinic with a newborn feels impossible. We bring pelvic floor and postnatal rehabilitation to your flat at Apex Park Avenue, with a female physiotherapist if you prefer. The postnatal core exercises start gently and build up over months, not weeks.
Children's physiotherapy at home
Young children often do better with physiotherapy at home, where they're relaxed and their own toys can be part of the session. We see children at Apex Park Avenue for developmental delay, cerebral palsy and orthopaedic problems, and show parents how to fold the exercises into play. More on pediatric physiotherapy. Some of what we use is on our pediatric exercises page.
Before the first visit
Share your tower and flat number when you book, and any visitor registration the society needs; if the gate uses an app, a pre-approval saves ten minutes at the entrance. Keep X-rays, MRI reports and discharge papers handy. You don't need a doctor's referral.

Frequently asked questions
Do you cover Apex Park Avenue?
Yes. Sector 16B is on our regular Greater Noida West route, and visits run on fixed slots that you book in advance.
How long is each session?
Around 45 to 60 minutes. The first visit runs longer because it includes the full assessment and a written treatment plan.
How soon can a physiotherapist reach Apex Park Avenue?
Visits in Greater Noida West run on scheduled slots. Once a slot is confirmed, the first visit is usually within 2 to 4 hours. Evening slots are the most requested, so book those a day ahead.
Is home physiotherapy as effective as going to a clinic?
For most problems, yes. The core of physiotherapy is assessment, hands-on treatment and exercise, and all of it works at home. Portable IFT, TENS and ultrasound cover pain relief. Traction, shortwave diathermy and wax bath are clinic-only, and only some patients need them.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. If you have X-rays, MRI reports or a discharge summary, keep them ready, because they help us plan faster. We'll also tell you if something needs a doctor's review first.
