Most falls in older adults happen at home, often on the way to the bathroom at night. The fix is rarely one thing. It's leg strength, balance practice, the right footwear, a night light and a grab bar in the right place. Because we're already in the flat, we can check all of that during the first visit at Supertech Ecociti and build a geriatric physiotherapy programme around what we find. Before the first visit

Share your tower and flat number when you book, and any visitor registration the society needs; if the gate uses an app, a pre-approval saves ten minutes at the entrance. Keep X-rays, MRI reports and discharge papers handy. You don't need a doctor's referral.

Larger equipment such as spinal traction, shortwave diathermy and laser therapy stays at our Indirapuram clinic. Some patients start at home and switch to clinic sessions once travel gets easier.
