How it works
One-repetition maximum (1RM) is estimated from a submaximal set using the Epley, Brzycki and Lombardi formulas, averaged. Estimates are most accurate between 2 and 10 repetitions. A percentage table converts 1RM into working loads.

Physiotherapy treatment
Resistance load planning is the core of physiotherapy for strength training. After an assessment, your physiotherapist sets a plan built around progressive resistance training, progressed as your results improve. Hands-on treatment, pain relief and education are added where they help.
