Home Physiotherapy at Civitech Greens, Sector 1, Greater Noida West
Sector 1 holds dozens of societies, most of them finished in the last ten years and filled with young families and working couples. We treat residents of Civitech Greens at home when pain, surgery or age makes the trip to a clinic more trouble than the treatment is worth.
Treatment at home, not a watered-down version
People sometimes assume home physiotherapy is the lighter option. For most problems it isn't. The bulk of good physiotherapy is assessment, hands-on work and progressive exercise, and all three travel well. Portable IFT, TENS and ultrasound cover pain relief. What stays at the clinic is the heavy equipment, and only a minority of patients need it.
How visits to Civitech Greens are scheduled
Sector 1 is one of the areas on our daily Greater Noida West schedule. Book a morning or evening slot for the week and it stays yours; first visits usually happen within 2 to 4 hours of confirmation. Neighbours such as Express Astra and Supertech EcoVillage 1 follow the same timings; see Sector 1 home visits for every society we cover here.
Postnatal recovery at home
In the first weeks after birth, most new mothers would rather not leave home, and they shouldn't have to. We see mothers at Civitech Greens at home for postpartum rehabilitation, recovery after a caesarean and pelvic floor physiotherapy. A female physiotherapist is available on request, and sessions can work around feeds and naps. The postnatal core exercises start gently and build up over months, not weeks.
After a fracture and plaster
When the plaster comes off, the joint underneath is stiff and the muscles have wasted. That's normal, and it's the start of rehabilitation, not the end of treatment. For a wrist, ankle or hip fracture, we work at Civitech Greens on range first, then strength and walking, and keep in step with what your orthopaedic surgeon has allowed. The post fracture exercises guide covers the early stage after the cast comes off.
How much space you need
Less than people think. A space the size of a yoga mat, a firm chair, a wall and a power socket cover almost everything we do. We design the home programme around the room you have, which is one of the quiet advantages of the first visit being at home.
Treatments available at home
Ultrasound therapy
Used for tendons, ligaments and soft tissue healing.
Soft tissue mobilisation

Larger equipment such as spinal traction, shortwave diathermy and laser therapy stays at our Indirapuram clinic. Some patients start at home and switch to clinic sessions once travel gets easier.

Frequently asked questions
Do you cover Civitech Greens?
Yes. Sector 1 is on our regular Greater Noida West route, and visits run on fixed slots that you book in advance.
Can you arrange nursing care as well?
Yes. If a patient needs help between physiotherapy visits, such as after a hospital stay or for elderly care, we can arrange home nursing and run both under one plan.
How soon can a physiotherapist reach Civitech Greens?
Visits in Greater Noida West run on scheduled slots. Once a slot is confirmed, the first visit is usually within 2 to 4 hours. Evening slots are the most requested, so book those a day ahead.
Can I ask for a female physiotherapist?
Yes. A female physiotherapist is available on request, which many women prefer for postnatal, pelvic floor and back treatment. Mention it when you book.
Can treatment start right after hospital discharge?
Yes, and it usually should. See post-surgical rehabilitation for how it runs. After joint replacement or spine surgery, early movement prevents stiffness and complications. Share the discharge summary and any restrictions from your surgeon when you book.
