Home Physiotherapy at Future Estate, Sector 1, Greater Noida West

Sector 1 holds dozens of societies, most of them finished in the last ten years and filled with young families and working couples. If getting out of the house is the hard part right now, a physiotherapist can come to Future Estate and do the work at home.

Why the home visit often works better

Missed sessions are the most common reason physiotherapy fails, and they happen far less when nobody has to travel. There's a second advantage people don't expect: we can set up your exercises around your furniture, your stairs and your daily routine, so the home programme is something you'll actually do.

When we can come

We cover Sector 1 every day. Visits work on booked slots because travel across Greater Noida West has to be planned; after confirmation, the first visit is usually within 2 to 4 hours. Morning and evening slots go first, so book those a day ahead. The same applies to Hawelia Anshul, Vihaan Homes and the other societies listed under all Sector 1 societies.

For new mothers

Back pain from feeding positions, a weak core, leaking when you cough: these are common after pregnancy and very treatable, but many women put up with them because getting to a clinic with a newborn feels impossible. We bring pelvic floor and postnatal rehabilitation to your flat at Future Estate, with a female physiotherapist if you prefer. The postnatal core exercises start gently and build up over months, not weeks.

When back pain makes travel impossible

An acute back spasm or sciatica can turn a ten-minute drive into the worst part of the day. At Future Estate we can treat you where you are, show you positions that ease the pain, and start gentle movement early, which is what actually shortens an episode. If symptoms suggest something more serious, we'll tell you plainly and point you to the right doctor. Once the worst has settled, movements like the McKenzie extension often help, but only if they suit your particular pattern of pain.

Before the first visit

Share your tower and flat number when you book, and any visitor registration the society needs; if the gate uses an app, a pre-approval saves ten minutes at the entrance. Keep X-rays, MRI reports and discharge papers handy. You don't need a doctor's referral.

Frequently asked questions

Do you cover Future Estate?

Yes. Sector 1 is on our regular Greater Noida West route, and visits run on fixed slots that you book in advance.

Is home physiotherapy as effective as going to a clinic?

For most problems, yes. The core of physiotherapy is assessment, hands-on treatment and exercise, and all of it works at home. Portable IFT, TENS and ultrasound cover pain relief. Traction, shortwave diathermy and wax bath are clinic-only, and only some patients need them.

How soon can a physiotherapist reach Future Estate?

Visits in Greater Noida West run on scheduled slots. Once a slot is confirmed, the first visit is usually within 2 to 4 hours. Evening slots are the most requested, so book those a day ahead.

Can treatment start right after hospital discharge?

Yes, and it usually should. See post-surgical rehabilitation for how it runs. After joint replacement or spine surgery, early movement prevents stiffness and complications. Share the discharge summary and any restrictions from your surgeon when you book.

What equipment does the physiotherapist bring?

Portable TENS, IFT and ultrasound units, a muscle stimulator when needed, hot and cold packs, exercise bands and assessment tools. You only need a power socket and a little floor space.

What does home physiotherapy at Future Estate cost?

A single home session is ₹800 to ₹1,200 depending on distance, condition and session length, with the first assessment included. A weekly plan of 6 visits starts at ₹4,500 and a monthly plan of 24 visits at ₹16,000. More on our home visit plans page.
