How to use this calculator
- Enter sessions, minutes and effort.
- Add how many are strength sessions.
- See weekly minutes and training load.
How it works
Weekly exercise volume compares total minutes with the WHO 150-minute target and counts strength sessions. Load (minutes x effort) helps keep week-to-week increases below about 10%.

Physiotherapy treatment
Training volume planning is the core of physiotherapy for rehabilitation / fitness. After an assessment, your physiotherapist sets a plan built around progressive exercise, progressed as your results improve. Hands-on treatment, pain relief and education are added where they help.
