Home physiotherapy, Sector 12, Noida Extension
Home Physiotherapy at Civitech Strings, Sector 12, Greater Noida West
Sector 12 is one of the newer sectors of Greater Noida West, and many of its towers have only been occupied for a few years. For residents of Civitech Strings, that means physiotherapy at home on a fixed slot, with the same assessment standard we use at the clinic.
Treatment at home, not a watered-down version
People sometimes assume home physiotherapy is the lighter option. For most problems it isn't. The bulk of good physiotherapy is assessment, hands-on work and progressive exercise, and all three travel well. Portable IFT, TENS and ultrasound cover pain relief. What stays at the clinic is the heavy equipment, and only a minority of patients need it.
Visiting Civitech Strings
We cover Sector 12 every day. Visits work on booked slots because travel across Greater Noida West has to be planned; after confirmation, the first visit is usually within 2 to 4 hours. Morning and evening slots go first, so book those a day ahead. Neighbours such as Eldeco Estate One and VVIP Addresses follow the same timings; see all Sector 12 societies for every society we cover here.
For new mothers
Back pain from feeding positions, a weak core, leaking when you cough: these are common after pregnancy and very treatable, but many women put up with them because getting to a clinic with a newborn feels impossible. We bring pelvic floor and postnatal rehabilitation to your flat at Civitech Strings, with a female physiotherapist if you prefer. The postnatal core exercises start gently and build up over months, not weeks.
Children's physiotherapy at home
Young children often do better with physiotherapy at home, where they're relaxed and their own toys can be part of the session. We see children at Civitech Strings for developmental delay, cerebral palsy and orthopaedic problems, and show parents how to fold the exercises into play. More on pediatric physiotherapy. Some of what we use is on our pediatric exercises page.
Before the first visit
Share your tower and flat number when you book, and any visitor registration the society needs; if the gate uses an app, a pre-approval saves ten minutes at the entrance. Keep X-rays, MRI reports and discharge papers handy. You don't need a doctor's referral.

Frequently asked questions
Do you cover Civitech Strings?
Yes. Sector 12 is on our regular Greater Noida West route, and visits run on fixed slots that you book in advance.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem. A simple neck or back strain may need 5 to 8 sessions, a knee replacement 4 to 8 weeks, and stroke rehabilitation several months. We give you an estimate after the first assessment and review it as you improve.
How soon can a physiotherapist reach Civitech Strings?
Visits in Greater Noida West run on scheduled slots. Once a slot is confirmed, the first visit is usually within 2 to 4 hours. Evening slots are the most requested, so book those a day ahead.
Can you arrange nursing care as well?
Yes. If a patient needs help between physiotherapy visits, such as after a hospital stay or for elderly care, we can arrange home nursing and run both under one plan.
Is home physiotherapy as effective as going to a clinic?
For most problems, yes. The core of physiotherapy is assessment, hands-on treatment and exercise, and all of it works at home. Portable IFT, TENS and ultrasound cover pain relief. Traction, shortwave diathermy and wax bath are clinic-only, and only some patients need them.
