When back pain makes travel impossible

An acute back spasm or sciatica can turn a ten-minute drive into the worst part of the day. At JM Aroma we can treat you where you are, show you positions that ease the pain, and start gentle movement early, which is what actually shortens an episode. If symptoms suggest something more serious, we'll tell you plainly and point you to the right doctor. Getting a new knee to bend

The most common problem after a knee replacement isn't pain. It's stiffness, and it's much easier to prevent than to fix. We see patients at JM Aroma from the first week after discharge, measure the bend at every visit and push it steadily, with ice and pain relief timed around the sessions. Getting to your flat

Most gated societies in Noida ask visitors to register at the gate. Tell us the tower, floor and flat when you book, and pre-approve the visit if your society uses a visitor app. For daily programmes we note it once, so every visit starts on time.

Treatments available at home

Larger equipment such as spinal traction, shortwave diathermy and laser therapy stays at our Indirapuram clinic. Some patients start at home and switch to clinic sessions once travel gets easier.
