Physiotherapy treatment
ROM and progressive shoulder strengthening is the core of physiotherapy for rotator cuff injury / surgery. After an assessment, your physiotherapist sets a plan built around assisted ROM, scapular and cuff strengthening when cleared, progressed as your results improve. Hands-on treatment, pain relief and education are added where they help.
