Home Physiotherapy at RG Pleiaddes, Sector 1, Greater Noida West
Sector 1 holds dozens of societies, most of them finished in the last ten years and filled with young families and working couples. If getting out of the house is the hard part right now, a physiotherapist can come to RG Pleiaddes and do the work at home.
Why the home visit often works better
Missed sessions are the most common reason physiotherapy fails, and they happen far less when nobody has to travel. There's a second advantage people don't expect: we can set up your exercises around your furniture, your stairs and your daily routine, so the home programme is something you'll actually do.
When we can come
We cover Sector 1 every day. Visits work on booked slots because travel across Greater Noida West has to be planned; after confirmation, the first visit is usually within 2 to 4 hours. Morning and evening slots go first, so book those a day ahead. The same applies to SKA Divya Towers, Arihant One and the other societies listed under all Sector 1 societies.
Getting a new knee to bend
The most common problem after a knee replacement isn't pain. It's stiffness, and it's much easier to prevent than to fix. We see patients at RG Pleiaddes from the first week after discharge, measure the bend at every visit and push it steadily, with ice and pain relief timed around the sessions. The recovery timeline calculator gives a rough idea of where you should be each week. Between visits, the post knee replacement exercises we leave you with do most of the work.
Balance, strength and falls in older parents
Most falls in older adults happen at home, often on the way to the bathroom at night. The fix is rarely one thing. It's leg strength, balance practice, the right footwear, a night light and a grab bar in the right place. Because we're already in the flat, we can check all of that during the first visit at RG Pleiaddes and build a geriatric physiotherapy programme around what we find. The fall risk calculator is a useful place to start. Where bones are thin, as with osteoporosis, we choose exercises that load the bones safely rather than avoiding load altogether.
Before the first visit
Share your tower and flat number when you book, and any visitor registration the society needs; if the gate uses an app, a pre-approval saves ten minutes at the entrance. Keep X-rays, MRI reports and discharge papers handy. You don't need a doctor's referral.

Yes. Sector 1 is on our regular Greater Noida West route, and visits run on fixed slots that you book in advance.

How long is each session?
Around 45 to 60 minutes. The first visit runs longer because it includes the full assessment and a written treatment plan.
Are evening slots available?
Yes. Evening slots suit working families best and fill up first, so book them a day in advance.
