Working from home, and paying for it

Hands-on treatment and portable IFT settle it; changing the setup stops it returning. During a home visit at Supertech EcoVillage 2 we look at how and where you work, then build a plan around it, starting with small, boring changes like chin tucks and a raised screen that make the biggest difference over time. A few minutes of upper trapezius stretching between meetings does more than one long session at the weekend.

After a stroke

In the early months after a stroke, the aim is to get as much movement back as the brain will allow, while preventing the shoulder pain, stiffness and pressure problems that come with long hours in bed or a chair. In the flat at Supertech EcoVillage 2 we work on sitting balance, standing, transfers and walking, in that order, and teach the family safe handling from the first visit. Getting to your flat

Most gated societies in Greater Noida West ask visitors to register at the gate. Tell us the tower, floor and flat when you book, and pre-approve the visit if your society uses a visitor app. For daily programmes we note it once, so every visit starts on time.

Equipment that comes to your flat

Larger equipment such as spinal traction, shortwave diathermy and laser therapy stays at our Indirapuram clinic. Some patients start at home and switch to clinic sessions once travel gets easier.
