Home Physiotherapy at VVIP Meridian, Sector 16, Greater Noida West

Sector 16 is a mid-sized residential sector beside the Gaur City 2 side of Greater Noida West. Our physiotherapists come to your flat at VVIP Meridian, assess you where you actually live, and treat you there until you're ready for the stairs, the car and the clinic again.

Why residents of VVIP Meridian choose home physiotherapy

The treatment itself is rarely the hard part. Getting to it is. A patient two weeks out of knee surgery has to manage the lift, the car, the traffic and the clinic stairs, and arrives already tired. At home the same hour goes into work that actually moves recovery forward, and the family sees exactly what the exercises look like, which matters on the days in between.

When we can come

Sector 16 is on our regular Greater Noida West route, so visits run on fixed slots rather than on-demand call-outs. Once a slot is confirmed, the first visit is usually within 2 to 4 hours, and a daily programme keeps the same time each day. Neighbours such as Emenox La Solara and Ratan Pearls follow the same timings; see all Sector 16 societies for every society we cover here.

Working from home, and paying for it

When the workday moves to the dining table, the pain usually shows up in the neck first and the lower back a few weeks later. Hands-on treatment and portable IFT settle it; changing the setup stops it returning. During a home visit at VVIP Meridian we look at how and where you work, then build a plan around it, starting with small, boring changes like chin tucks and a raised screen that make the biggest difference over time. If the pain has been building for years, it may be cervical spondylosis, which needs a longer plan than a simple strain.

After a knee or hip replacement

Discharge after a joint replacement usually comes around day three to five, and the first two weeks at home decide a lot. The knee has to reach full straightening early, and bend past 90 degrees within a few weeks, or scar tissue starts to set the limit for you. If you've come home to VVIP Meridian from Yatharth Hospital in Noida Extension or anywhere else, we start with swelling control, walker training and the exercises in your discharge sheet, then build range and strength at every visit. Our knee replacement rehabilitation and hip replacement rehabilitation pages explain the stages in more detail. If the knee was worn by osteoarthritis for years before surgery, the thigh muscles are usually weak too, and rebuilding them is half the programme.

What to keep ready

Reports and prescriptions, comfortable clothes you can move in, and a free power socket for the electrotherapy unit. If the problem is work-related, keep your usual chair and laptop set up so we can check them. Gate and tower details go in the booking message.
