One visit or a long programme

Not every home visit is the start of a long course. Some people need one or two sessions: an acute back spasm that makes the car unthinkable, a sprained ankle, a check of exercises after surgery elsewhere. Others need daily visits for months. We're happy to do either, and the first visit is where we agree which it's likely to be, with a written plan and target dates rather than an open-ended booking.

For acute slip disc or sciatica pain, the first home sessions focus on getting you moving and out of the worst of it, then we usually move you to the clinic for traction or further treatment once travel is bearable.

When home nursing and physiotherapy work together

Families caring for a bed-bound or very frail relative often need more than physiotherapy. Our nursing staff service in Indirapuram can provide day, night or round-the-clock care, and the physiotherapist and nurse coordinate so positioning, transfers and exercises are carried on between sessions. That continuity prevents bed sores and stiff joints far better than one daily visit on its own.
